Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Aalborg® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of not to exceed (12) months from the date of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the proper selection of equipment that is compatible with the flow medium and operating conditions in use. Products must be operated by qualified personnel knowledgeable in the equipment's intended application, limitations, and proper usage. Use of the equipment in a manner inconsistent with operational guidelines, including exposure to incompatible gases, liquids, or conditions, voids all warranty coverage.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
Product that was used outside of its stated specifications.
Products that, upon examination by Seller, or Seller's authorized service provider, are found to have been mishandled, misused, abused, or damaged by Buyer or any third party.
A product repaired or modified by performed by a party other than Aalborg® or its authorized representatives.
Improperly stored, installed, operated, or maintained in a manner inconsistent with Seller's instructions.
Defects attributed to normal wear and tear or failure to comply with Seller's safety warnings.
Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Shipping or transportation charges to Aalborg® or its authorized service facility.

Return Authorizations

Goods shall not be returned without Seller's prior authorization.
It is recommended that our service representatives be contacted to rectify product issues remotely, if possible. When not possible, request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a SERVICE SAFETY ASSURANCE CERTIFICATE form to be completed and attached for factory evaluation.

If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered, the product will be repaired or replaced at Aalborg's sole discretion, free of charge for parts and labor.
Such repair, replacement, or credit shall be Buyer's sole remedy for defective Goods and Services.

For defective Goods not covered by this warranty, repair or replacement shall not be performed until and unless Buyer issues an Order to Seller authorizing such repair or replacement at Seller's then-current repair or replacement price.
In addition, Seller may charge Buyer for any testing or inspection costs. In no event shall Seller retain or store returned Goods for more than three (3) months.
